Email to fax

hey guys,
I've got my own little business and my fax machines given up the ghost! I hated the damn thing anyway and was looking into fax to email/email to fax services
has anyone used any of these before now and have you encountered any problems?

We use RightFax - its very good. Set a template and your customers fill in the data, its then convereted into email very easily.
