Hi guys,

It seems when I email hotmail/outlook email addresses from my office 365 email it goes to their spam. Obviously this isn't good as it's my business email address.

When I email gmail and other addresses it goes to inbox no problem.

I have read about adding an SPF record to prevent this?

I do have have an email signature made by hubspot which is copied and pasted into the signature so i'm not sure if this is triggering as spam?

Thanks in advance.

Is the SPF record valid and active, check on mxtoolbox.com

Also setup DKIM and DMARC

SPF is but I haven't done DKIM and DMARC.

I have followed a guide to allow through the windows power shell but the commands I have copied and pasted to allow DKIM keep failing saying incorrect command.

If I go to "https://protection.office.com/dkimv2" then click the domain I get "No DKIM keys saved for this domain."

You need to put the CNAME records in ready then do the following:

Yes, MFA is not something basic auth connections can handle so you'll need to exempt the account from MFA, at least while configuring

MFA has been disabled but it's still saying Access Is denied when running that script (copied and pasted). I am asked for a username/password. Presume that's my email/password? I've also tried the admin account as well.

I'm guessing you're an exchange admin or global admin on the tenant.

You could try exop V2 module. The commands will be similar but it works better with modern Auth. You might have a policy prohibiting basic Auth connections
