When my dad sends an email to a customer, who is using a hotmail email address.... The email my dad sends, ends up in the customers junk email folder.
I know this because I was just trying out a new email template for my dads business, So i sent the message to my personal hotmail.com email address... and it was in my Junk email Folder.
So I presume it is doing the same with every one else who has a hotmail email address, when they recieve an email from my dads business.
Hmm I sometimes get this if I sign up to a site and use my Hotmail email address to register. I'm sat waiting for ages and then I find the email has gone into the Junk folder.
As far as I know you can't do anything but contact the people receiving emails by phone or letter and tell them to check their junk mail and also to clear your dad's email address by "Allowing sender" I think Hotmail says on a suspected spam email.
Make sure it doesn't look like your average peice of spam.
Try to avoid keywords that you normally see in pieces of spam and make sure the message has a signature at the end of it.
