emails to clients

hi

hope someone can help sorry for the silly question but i need to email my clients with an offer sheet and not sure which programme to use to do this.

Not too sure what you're asking, but send any documentation to clients as PDF.

Don't send Excel, Word etc documents, as they can be easily edited.

no sorry i was not clear i have the offer sheet in pdf,

its the sending bit which programme do i need, i do not have outlook, and was advised that this is not the progamme to send 300 plus emails.

so i am not sure how to send them

Outlook would be fine for 300, or you could look at an online mailshot service like mailchimp.

If you are running a version of windows you will have a free email client as part of that. In XP its Outlook Express, in vista, windows 7 it's called windows mail. That will quite happily send 300 emails, just make sure the file you are attaching isn't silly big, Typically you wouldn't want to be sending a pdf much bigger than 1-2mb. You can of course send bigger its just not necessarily a good idea, especially to 300 recipients.

MAke sure you use BCC and not put everyones email in the 'To' field
