Yeah, there are a number of ways to do this.
Firstly,

Try that, should work.
Or have a look in your Temp Internet files. Any video you have viewed and has buffered to your machine should be in there. Just find it and copy/paste it somewhere easy to access. You may need to convert the file to something that WMP or VLC can handle.
Thirdly, you can download and install a third party program that will "grab" video from a webpage/website. Some are better at doing this than others.
