Embedding flash videos?

Ok, so I want to embed some flash movies similar to youTube and the like.

However, I want to have them hosted on my site and be able to manage them myself. Are there flash thing type players out there etc?

This seems to be quite a popular one at the moment and free if you are using it for non-commercial purposes
