Hi all, im trying my best to remove the people in the background in this shot :

grad.JPG

I can balance the levels and other bits (which isnt dont in the shot yet) but iv been trying for hours to remove the people using various techniques such as clone stamp and placeing a different background in etc, but non realy work :( , if an ocuk photoshop expert could sort out the shot, remove the people, balance it and make it look awesome id be eternally grateful ! :)

The Full size origonal untouched shot is here:

Also whats the biggest print size you can print with a shot 3456 x 2304 (8MP) ? A3, A2 ? its not for this shot, its for a different picture I want to print and frame.

Any help would be awesomeness

The window in the first has been extended to the ground, the second has a wall included, i dont know if the OP noticed that, but i think the wall being there looks a bit more how it probably does in real life. :)

places like this frequently have full length windows, I just thought it looked right... :(

I wasnt putting your effort down, just I thought that the other one with a wall looked the same on both sides of the subject thats all :)

Better than i could ever do!

This is one of the main reasons when asked to vote for the best subforum, I chose P&V instead of Motors where I usually reside. People are unbelievably helpful in this subforum. Well done and keep it up guys ;) :)

Thanks for the feedback guys :)

Im sure I speak for cloudy as well as for myself when I say that which ever version is chosen; I enjoyed doing it and both versions deserve the credit that has been given.

Fstop is right about the shadows in the bottom left of my edit though. I used a linear burn layer over a gradient which in turn was put over the copy of the top half of the window (if that makes sense) but it came out a bit too dark.

I didn't notice it while I was doing it but having it pointed out makes it stick out like a sore thumb :(

Like I said though, I had fun doing it and would be happy to photochop at peoples request again, it's all good practice and feedback is welcomed. :)

Cheers

Yes, you've both done an amazing job. Just think what the owner of the picture would think if they were presented with the BEFORE and AFTER shots.
