doubt it will be, its basically Westwood reincarnated making it, they had an excellent track record on RTS games.
naa there is too much RTS experience in the design team for it to suck like previous SW RTS games. Im expecting this to be strategy game of the year.

the engine is apparently extremely scalable allowing it to play on a large range of machines.
Remember Source had low system specs yet looked kick ass on high end rigs.
