Empire Total War help

I have a fleet seemingly "landlocked" in port at Taranto. Its quite a large fleet and I have no idea how it got into that situation. Anyone know how to get out of this bug? Or should I consider them lost to Davy Jones locker?

Happens to me every now and again, have you tried taking the focus off them (by clicking on a different unit) and then going back to them...sometimes works for me.

You name it, I've tried it. Also, I can no longer put other ships into that port. It always says "Can't go there Captain" or "This is a FLEET, sir" or "We are a fleet, not an army".....

It's annoying because those ships would have come in bloody handy against the Russians!

Any way you can get an enemy army to occupy the port?
