Employers are *****

What is the alternative? baring in the mind the issues with the jobless breeding and getting paid more than minimum wage via benefits for doing so and non work shy people deciding not to have kids or at least have very few because they can't afford to take the time off work.

Can you provide statistics to back this up please?

Working people outnumber non working people significantly.

So, our population is being driven forward by 'jobless breeding' is it?

inequality of time for men vs women etc.

The glass ceiling.

My department is like a baby farm and I'm worried that I might get pregnant.

You work for the NHS. The benefits of working in the Public Sector compared to the Private are quite different. Flexi time, the ability to work a specific amount of hours, you even have childcare days on top of your annual leave. When I worked for the NHS it was dominated by women in general admin roles.

The downside is that pay is less in the Public Sector compared to the Private Sector.
