Enable multithreading in TF2 and DOD:S

Makes HL2: Ep 2 very stuttery so I switched it back off.

Steam forums report bugs and crashes with mat_queue so I've never used it.

Don't really need the increase but it would always be nice. Anyone found it reliably stable?

how do you access the console? tilde does not work

Make sure its enabled in options. I think you go Options -> Keyboard -> Advance and in their you can enable ~Develop console... something like that!
