Enable Trusts - Admin help?

Hi all, Hoping an admin can help me out here, I can login to the forum etc but i can't enable trust?
I click it, put in my username and password but it just says it can't find my username?
Anyone help me out here?

You don't get access to the trust system until you're able to access the MM.
