Enabling Crossfire

Hi guys.

I'm going to sound like a bit of a nugget.

My second 7970 has turned up. I've popped it into the computer, put the crossfire cable on and booted up the system using the new 12.11 beta drivers.
I cannot for the love of me see where i can enable Crossfire mode. I've been on google and the place it says i can enable it isnt showing the option to enable it. Also in GPUZ it shows crossfire mode as been DISABLED.

Would love some advice if possible please folks :)

Regards

Should be as easy as 1-2-3.

If not, then you have some kind of problem.

In gpu-z, do both 7970's show up in the drop down box?

Did you install the drivers before adding the second card? If so try reinstalling the drivers with both cards in :)

Hey guys thanks for the support. I didn't change both the cards to the LN2 setting, ive switched them both to that setting and fired it up and i now have the crossfirex setting and gpuz is showing the second card to be running at the same speed as the first :D. Looks positive :P

Now to play some games :D

Thanks again
