Enabling/Testing NCQ on DS3

Hi, I have a GB DS3 and a Seagate 7200.10 whic has 16mb cache, ncq and 3gbps support.

I have installed the Jmicro drivers, set the bios to ahci mode and plugged the drive into the purple (gb) sata ports but hdtach still shows my interface speed as 150mbps.

Is there anything I have missed and is there any way to check if these features are enabled?

Check the back of the drive, chances are the jumper to limit it to SATA1 (150Mb/s) is still set.

I'm guessing that since that works, ncq should be working too?
