Enchanted Arms any good?

If you like this type of game yes! I thought it was quite good not up to Final Fantasy level. But a good start to the next gen RPG's i guess...

i'm enjoying it at present. All the review say to put japanese voices on but they are so wrong. If you miss out on the gay guy's voice acting it will ruin the game!
 
the gay guys voice is really an amazing feature. I think all games from now on should feature at least 2 gay ppl in the same stereotypical way.

The game is good, worst thing about it is the random battles are too frequent imo, its not as bad as skies of arcadia but its getting there. Definitely worth a shot if your fan of tactical battles in rpgs.
 
I tried it and hated it. I just could not get into it, I don't like the turn based combat and the gay voice annoyed me.
 
I've just bought it although not had a chance to play as yet. I've read many comments from people that you have to persevere for the first couple of hours but then after that it is really good.
 
A bit of a bump here, just playing through it recently. Absolutely amazing game I think so far, in fact I'm enjoying it more than Mass Effect!

If anyone loves Final Fantasy its a crime not to own this in my opinion! :)
 
Enjoyed the game myself, played it on both the 360 and PS3. Have yet to finish it due to the last few bosses. As stated before, not up there with Final Fantasy but still enjoyable if you like turn base tactical games.
 
Typical JRPG - Love them or hate them. Once again, won't live up to the more superior JRPGS of Suikoden and Final Fantasy, but worth a look if they are your cup of tea.
 
Never heard of this, and I love RPGs.. checking the review over at GameTrailers (here)

Might get if I ever see cheap.
 
I really enjoyed it. Certainly kept me hooked when I played through it last year. Not sure if I could choose between it or Eternal Sonata.
 
I thought it was a very good game also - very underated and sadly overlooked. Like I said in my post back in March last year (!), you have to persevere for the first few hours but then it gets a lot better.
I want to get Eternal Sonata as well but have yet to see it anywhere cheaper than ~£35 :(

I found the PS3 version to be the same as the Xbox 360 version apart from the extra Golems and the removal of the first battle with the Ice Queen at the start (which was useless anyway as you couldn’t win).

I enjoyed and finished it and also preferred it to Eternal Sonata. (Blue Dragon still wins for me though).

Well worth a look if you like jrpgs.
 
Mid-Point Spoilers


Just beat the Emperor of Fire. Was a pretty hard battle and took about 6 trys to beat him! Was a good FMV of the two golems fighting as well.

I really like the grid system of fighting, would be nice if Final Fantasy had something like this.
