Anyone else semi adicted to this stuff? ... ... ... I'm putting it on almost everything! quite hot but tasty too ...... just one of those things maybe but damn good for us lovers of hot stuff.

ps Somerfields have it on offer at pres.

That stuff is incredibly bland - it's just hot, nothing else. Nando's Peri Peri Sauce is where it's at - has a hint of lemon in it

I always keep a bottle of Encona in my kitchen. Tasty stuff, though I have other sauces for when I need something hotter.

Im also totally addicted to Encona sauce. Saying that I love anything that is chilli hot. But I prefer this sauce to any other. I use it when im eating rice which is most days, but sometimes use it in other meals to compliment the meat.

I'm hooked on the Nandos stuff. It is literally in all of my food starting tomorrow (now I have a new bottle ;) )

Panola sauce is nicer to be honest.

For taste I really like Iguana Cayenne Pepper Sauce (but it's really hard to get hold of). For heat addition to chile or Fajitas, I use Dave's Insanity Sauce.

I poured a very generous helping of this stuff onto my bbq burger around a mates house house thinking it was just a normal relish....man did my lips tingle!!

Encondas alright, but I find its taste to be its largest downfall. Don't get me wrong, I do like the stuff and have it with pretty much everything, but IMO it doesn't cook into things well at all.

I have tried adding it to noodles etc for an added kick, but it just ruins it. The taste seems to clash with most other flavors, and only seems suited to replacing mustard as a side sauce.

One of the nicest sauces I had was a Red Baron sauce. I picked it up once at a small shop and have since been unable to find any, but it hit the spot for me. Its hotter than Enconda sauces, yet hasn't got that taste which I'm getting tired of now. It cooks into stuff well yet also serves as a side sauce.

/end long post about sauces of all things...

Dave's Ultimate Insanity Sauce :p I've had many people in tears at BBQ's with it!

I just don't like any of Blair's stuff to be honest.

I've got a bottle of that too, they're both stupidly hot, but they only taste 'hot', can't really taste anything else, and not for a couple of days afterwards either! ;)
