Hi,

As above, moving to a new flat.

Unfortunately cant get cable:o

Anyhow, as memory serves, last time I got a line installed, it was £125, and then a further 2 weeks for broadband. I'm hoping this still aint the case(time).

If so, is there a way possible that BT (assuming that it is correct) can transfer the old tenants line straight over to us, and we can arrange activation first week we move in if not sooner?

Or B, transfer with almost immediate effect our line to the new flat(same building)

If a line is already installed in the new flat then it's just a case of phoning up BT and they'll switch it back on for free.

Tell them where you're moving to when you call them to cancel your current line and they *should* be able to switch it over pretty quickly.
