Encrypt windows home drive?

Hi,

i have a razer blade stealth 13 running windows home and my apps in C: and most of my data and gaes on D:.

is there a way to encrypt this whole drive so that if ever my laptop gets stolen, no one can grab my data off it?

Has device encryption built into windows 10 home. Google should point you in the right direction.

Enable Bitlocker.

Look in the bios
Lot of laptops can secure the
Hard drive in bios

Dont think Home has bitlocker.

Home definately does not have bitlocker, either buy a cheap pro key off ebay and choose change my edition under settings activation, or use a third party encryption software.

My choice would be to just upgrade it to pro.

ok cool. is bitlocker good? would it encrypt the whole hdd or just each seperate partition?

I think you can do it on a per partition basis.
