Encrypted Home Plugs, want to get new router, will I have to re-encrypt them all?

Situation:

Pretty bad wireless signal as my neighbours are using up all the channels. So I bought some TP link homeplugs which work great. I encrypted them all using the button on the homeplug

My 'pretty bad' signal is now none existent. It does not affect my PC and Laptop (they use homeplugs), but I need decent wireless for my phone and tablet. I am thinking of replacing my DIR 615 with a Buffalo G450

Question is, will I have to unencrypt and then re-encrypt all my 8 homeplugs? Or will they work automatically, and still be encrypted, with my new router?

Thanks

I just had a brain wave. I had an unused wireless access point in my room. I removed the homeplug from my games console, and set up the access point via connecting it to the homeplug

This has given me the desired super fast wireless in my room. Only small issue is that now when I go downstairs, I may have to switch networks (i.e switch back to the 'original' network, since the modem and router are located downstairs).. but overall really happy with this solution :D

i have my wireless router downstairs and wireless access point in the attic upstairs. i use the same SSID/WPA2 key/gateway settings for both, but 1 is set to channel 6 wireless and one to channel 11. seems to work ok
