End of contract, not renewing, who's is the phone?

My Orange contract is due to end next month and i don't plan to renew it. At the end of the contract once the last bill is paid, contract officially ended etc who owns the phone, do I send it back or is it mine to do as I please with?

yup, you are free to sell it off, some people sell their phones off when they first get them, so no need to worry about selling it now its actually your handset
