Ender 3 v2 Stringing - Need an expert

I have been struggling to solve an issue with my ender 3 v2 for a few weeks now. The issue relates to Octolapse causing stringing issue at the point where the extruder moves away and returns to the 3d object being printed.

Need help from an expert to help me fix this issue.

If you dont use octolapse does it print perfectly?

There is no stringing without octolapse
