I've been using an Ender 5 Pro for some time. After LOTS of faulty prints at first, I now get mainly successful prints.
I am considering upgrading to the Ankermake M5, mainly for the convenience but also for improved print quality.
It is much dearer though, and I wonder if it will be that much better.
Any views appreciated . Thanks

I've a ender 5 pro, yet to have any issues now I've the bed levelled correctly, do you have BL Touch?
the M5 is like twice the price, I've not seen any reviews but I doubt it'll be much better.

I honestly think my M5 is a great printer, I had an issue with my first one which was quickly resolved under warranty, the second one no issues at all bar the most minute amount of routine maintenance but for £750 if I didn't already have it at a massively reduced kickstarter price, I'd be looking at bambu p1p instead, as well as offering a clear upgrade path through the extra parts, everything about it is what Anker promised but fell just short of.

The top end Bambu is (£1500 iirc) there's a midrange model called the P1P which is around the 700 quid mark which seems to be reviewing extremely favourably compared to the M5.

Thanks again ! Shame the guy's accent is so hard to understand, otherwise a great review.
I think the Ankermake sounds a better unit for me. Mainky the auto loading and unliading. Quite a faffy job, I find, on the Ender. Also the camera and the display look better to my eyes, but if course, it's the end product that really matters most.
Thankyou so much for yoyr help. Regards Graham
