Enduro in OCuk 8970

Hello.
Have a question with regards to the AMD enduro feature.
Its that still a problem carried from previous generation?
I know that in AW you can switch the option OFF but how that option work in new OCuk chassis....any problems with driver/loss of fps etc.
I have read so many stories that it crashes the lappy, causes instability etc ....
If the problems still remain will have to settle with slower NV card probably (770 becasue 780 tad to expensive) which at the end is slower then 8970 ...unless there is a plan for AMD to release new GPU early next year

8970m is nothing more than a slightly overclocked 7970m, any issues that was on 7970m will likely exist on 8970m.

Is there an option for Enduro on Alienware machines? I thought it was just dedicated only mode and iGPU only mode? Did they change it on newer models?

On most laptops there's an option to disable Optimus, something similar should exist for Enduro.

770m isn't a bad card, it will run games no problem.

It is in R4 even ...Fn+7 or F7 ...few ppl mentioned that in AW thread that it is possible to switch the feature off ....
I know it will but 8970 (if no working properly) will last little bit longer performance wise
