bought this game on release but never really got into it and it hasnt been installed for around a year

thinking of giving it another go

whats it like now

dont want to install it only to find out there are hardly any server or players out there

Use EYE or Gamespy to scan for servers, will give you a good idea.

I started playing this a few months ago as a mate from work was playing a lot and got me into it. My mouse went a while ago and I've only just got a decent replacement so not been on for a bit but when I was playing there were always a lot of full servers and it was never hard to get into a good game.

Edit:
Just logged in and there are plenty of full or 20+/24 servers so still looks quite active.

Looked interesting in the vids but never really played the way most expected. They banged on about no fog on the horizon but the drawdistance on units was pathetic and worse than the fog in bf2 to some extent.
