Hi,i have purchased an Enermax Galaxy 850W PSU,now i know it will fit in the case with no problems at all.My question is that the power supply is longer meaning that the underside psu fan will sit further back and be slightly covered.Just wondering what people have done to resolve this problem.

Thanks.

Hi i have the akasa mirage case same as the eclipse but with a door, i have a 700 w OCZ PSU mounted in the top, and there is shed loads of room left, so i imagine you would fit one in with no problems.

I have this combo, half of the main fan is covered up by the PSU shelf. I haven't really done anything to resolve it but it does get a bit warm and and the rear 8cm fan ends up whirring quite a lot. I just put up with it in the end. If you don't like noise then don't get this combo.

I have the Eclipse and an Enermax Galaxy PSU (1KW). I decided that it would be best to have the fan completely uncovered so I took a Dremmel to the case. The thing that swung it for me is that I've already had to cut away at the case to instal my watercooling so cutting a bit more wasn't a problem. Will post a pic later.

Here's the pic as promised don't know if it'll help.

The dust and the water/coolant don't look that bad in real life honest!

Yeah but he's cut it remember, depends if the OP is willing to aswell.

Thought about doing it to mine but don't have a dremel, may do it when I go home over summer.
