Can someone tell me if the Galaxy is noisy or not compared to say a Seasonic M12 ? Is it quiet when idling in windows with no electrical buzzing (like my Etasis). Does it get very loud when gaming as the fan specs (over 40db for one of them) suggests it could.
Reason I ask is one person I know on another forum has had 2 850w versions and is not happy with the noise. Another report I have heard 2nd hand that this psu is very very noisy when gaming. Both situations are in well ventillated Thermaltake Armor and Antec 900 cases.
Would like to know as am sending back Etasis over this annoying buzzing and want a replacement.
