England flag removed as an emoji

Just trying to send a message to my father, wishing England the best of luck accompanied with an English flag - this appears to be impossible, the powers that be have in fact appeared to REMOVE the English (St Georges) flag from the available emoji's? Further research suggests similar posts on the issue, with the once proud flag being replaced by an all black one. This is surely disgraceful, what kind of world are we actually living in when a nation's current flag is deemed offensive?
