English call centre for Talk Talk?

Hi all, I know I might be clutching at straws here now but do TalkTalk have a UK based call centre? Or any UK based agents?

I phoned up to try and cancel my account with them (or at least find out the process) and I just went through to some Indian chap who didn't understand what I was asking so we were going round in circles and it was VERY annoying.
 
Ive managed to speak to a UK talktalk call center but it was sales, pretty sure supports all in india.

Do the live chat on there website, its a lot easer
 
I emailed the CEO. Got a call off his PA who got me in touch with the UK team (they called me and handled the whole case). They were fantastic from start to finish.
