Liverpool to lose 1-0 to Blackburn, Hodgson to say in the post match interview that the team improved and dominated for periods of the match and defeat by a single goal is a competent result against a strong side like Blackburn.

:D:p - They now have the momentum of not losing/hard fought draw yesterday. Blackburn on the road, even Liverpool might get a result.

Love watching Arsenal play, and watching City is just stressful. So hopefully the game will even out and I'l just be placid until full time :D

I think with a first team we'd have a real go against City, however our squad just doesn't match up with theirs.
Rosicky this week said it's all about taking our chances. Spot on, it's not always about ripping the other side to pieces. Even with a weak side against Chelsea we still had a few before they scored.

That clinical aspect has to get into the side. We're fast becoming a side that'll spank two sides heavily, and then drop points on the third due to wastefulness.

Thanks for the effort, I can't comprehend doing this weekly.

I saw a Champion's League thread needed doing a few weeks so volunteered.

Took me a bloody hour and a half!

Cheers mate, I've got it down to a fine art now. :)

Cheers mate. :)

Fulham missing the whole starting midfield for tomorrow, lol.

Davies, Etuhu, Murphy and Duff are all out, with Dembele hopefully back after illness, AJ probably on the bench, and maybe Dikgacoi too.

Pretty light in the midfield now!

You'll be playing Fabregas and Wilshere though right? Things can always happen with players like that. One good ball to Chamackattack and it could go the other way.

I'm sort of hoping we don't start strong and knock 2 in. We have a hideous tendency to get lazy and you cannot do that against someone like Arsenal. Hoping for a repeat of the Chelsea performance but with more attacking and more goals.

Wilshere's suspended. Nasri might partner up with him in the centre though Wenger's more likely to start Diaby there.

Who do you want to start on the right as an inside forward / winger? Personally I'd start with Rosicky and then bring Walcott on around about the 60th minute, let him run at the tired left back. I'd prefer a midfield of Song, Cesc and Nasri but I guess we'll have to wait and see, I don't think Nasri is the type of player to let others (De Jong) kick them about the pitch.

Diaby could win this game, on his day he is unplayable. Going to need some strength in CM, him and Song can compete.

Diaby - Song
Cesc
Nasri - Cham - Arsh

With Walcott coming in later.

I'd prefer seeing him on one side (Rosicky) and Arshavin on the other. I think that's the best. However when doing that Rosicky's better on the right, and putting somebody as lazy as Arshavin on the left really exposes Clichy.

I think Nasri will probably start on the left, with Diaby inside him (lol). Then Cesc and Song, with Rosicky on the right. I'd like Theo to be an impact sub, though I wouldn't have a problem with him starting just to see if he can continue where he left off. We have the aforementioned replacement should he (more predictably) not do so.

Diaby could, but for how many days is he unplayable? I don't really see De Jong and Toure having issue with him. Or Barry if Toure's rested.

Barry has a problem dealing with himself. If we have him on and (heaven forbid) Bridge, just direct any forward motion at either of those two and you'll be home free.
