But it's in the post somewhere as I've sent it to be renewed! If I put the current number of the form will I get away with it?

I don't have a passport and pretty sure my DBS check had to be the enhanced one...

Mine was done by my workplace though.

Same here, no passport and had an enhanced DBS check done through work. Sure they only need driving licence and a utility bill/bank statement or something.
