I sold an R9 270x that I know was working, on ebay and I suspect that the guy who bought it is trying to scam me. the only picture I have with serial numbers on it, is on the ebay listing. the numbers themselves are a little blurry.

does anyone know how I might enhance the picture? I tried to zoom in on the numbers by opening up windows paint(not the best idea I know) and pasting in the picture. no surprises that it didn't quite work though.

You might be able to open them up in something like photoshop or paint.net and then fiddle with the brightness, contrast and sharpness.

EDIT: had a look at the original listing photo. I doubt it can be enhanced enough to make the serial number fully visible, but there are enough characters/distinguishing features visible that I reckon you should be able to tell if any card the guy returns is the same.

I done some cutting , cropping and resizing on the numbers themselves . trying to enhance them enough to make them out in photo bucket.
