Great Grand Dizzy with his ripe old age has been placed in the hospice for his last days.

However it's the 'Yolkfolk Solstice' in the village of Kelwater. Assist Junior & DizzyBelle to collect all the light crystals, harnessing the power of light with the discovery of an encryption on an ancient monument & to ultimately discover the 'ring of life' to extend the years of Great Grand Dizzy.

To play as Junior with the aid of baby sister DizzyBelle.

Favourites for me were (in order)

Treasure Island Dizzy, Fantasy World Dizzy and Prince of the Yolk Folk were my favourite games in the series!
 
Great post Neil thanks bro....I think I will have to give this a look for nostalgia reasons. I miss the old fashioned 2d platformers. Gameplay over gfx anyday :D
 
Played Dizzy a lot in my youth, but clearly I've forgotten a lot. I'm not very good at this. I keep getting stuck in the water in the water cave. Help?
 
Would do, but feel a bit silly :) It's like getting stuck on the difficulty choice level in Quake. I've really no idea what I'm meant to be doing!
 
Just been playing PotYF - just as good as I remembered...

Got the outboard motor on the boat but couldn't make the jump again to use the scythe, argh!
