Enough clearance on P5Q-E?

Hi, before I buy, I was wondering if there is enough clearance around the P5Q-E for the Noctua U12F to fit?

I've got a Thermalright Ultra 120A on my P5Q deluxe, diff mobo I know but there was plenty of clearance for the heatsink.
