Enough for current games?

Got specced a build recently on here, but have had to make a few cutbacks in the budget depertment! The system is system will be based around these components:

Intel Core i5-4570 Haswell 3.2GHz
SAPPHIRE DUAL-X Radeon R9 270 2GB

23 inch monitor, 8 gig ram, etc etc.

How would this fair with current games, in particular Mass Effect 3?

Should be fine for ME3. If it was games like Crysis 3 and heavily modded Skyrim, then you might have issue.
