I want to upgrade the GPU in my system, but my PSU is only 650w. The GPU's I'm looking into are the R9 380x, RX 470 or the RX 480. Is my PSU capable of running one of these with all of my other components? I've listed my system specs below;

Intel Core i5 4690k @ 3.5GHz
Asus Pro Gamer Z97
Corsair Vengeance 8GB @ 1600MHz
MSI Radeon R7 260X 2GB OC Edition
SanDisk 120GB SSD
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB HDD
Cooler Master GM 650w

I'd just like to add that if I can get a decent price on a second hand 390 or 390x, I'd like to get one of those instead.

A good 550W PSU is powerful enough to run any single-card system, so a 650W unit is plenty.

The G650M is a bronze-rated unit, so it's not top-tier but it is still decent enough as it's able to put out 624W on the 12V rail. It does contain a wide range of different capacitors though, some of which are not exactly the best but will get the job done. As you're only planning on using a single GPU it'll be fine.
