Enough Power?

Hi, I've just bough a shuttle xpc SP35P2 it has a 400w psu and was wondering wether it will be enough for this (it's the graphics card i'm most worried about:

E7300 @ 4.0Ghz
8Gb Ocz 800Mhz Ram
1 DVD Drive
1 Hard Drive
BFG GeForce 9500 GT 1024MB
