Enough power?

Can anyone tell me if a "MSI GeForce GTX 460 Cyclone 768MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card" would run on a Corsair CX 400W comfortably?

Rest of the system spec is:

C2D E6550 @2.8GHz
2x2GB DDR2 6400
Asus P5K
500GB seagate
DVDRW
WIFI

If it will work on the 400W (which annoying was only bought in the last 2 months) then surely the molex adapter would be easier (and a LOT cheaper)?

Just to spice things up a bit, if I added say a Q6600 or Q8400 as well would that cause any problems or will it still cope well? Thanks.
