i have the 'Cooler Master Silent Pro Modular 700W' and its served me well.

will it be ok for driving;
2500k (may overclock soon)
vengence 8gb RAM
*2x gigabyte 460gtx 1gb
sata drive
x-fi titanium
tv card

the cooler master is already powering the above with one 460 gtx, just wondering about adding another and how much head room i might have after.

thanks!

you should be just fine with that. the PSU delivers 600W over the 12V line, which is more than enough for two GTX460's (160W each), an i5 2500k (95W i believe) and whatever else runs off the 12V line

you will, however, need to use 4 out of your 5 available four pin molex cables for the graphics cards because your PSU only has two PCIe 6 pin connectors, and to power two GTX460's you will need four 6 pin connectors. your graphics cards should have each come with one adapter that turns two 4 pin molex's into a 6 pin PCIe power cable, hence needing 4 of the molex's
