Enough Room?

Would there be enough room for a 3 / 4 way Crossfire, with the wifi card provided with the board and this TV tuner:

Not unless you've got single slot/watercooled graphics cards, as each dual slot one will block the 1x PCIe slot below it

My friend who I will be building this for says he would be willing to do 2 way Crossfire if that'd allow him to use the TV tuner and Wifi card. Do the slots on the board which when occupied by a dual slot graphics card dont block a PCI slot run at x16? or x8?

The two lower ones are 8x I think:

2 x PCI Express x16 slots, running at x16*
2 x PCI Express x16 slots, running at x8
2x PCI Express x1 slot
1x PCI slots
*PCI-E x16 slots will operate at x8 speeds during 3-Way and 4-Way SLI/XFire.

The board you linked looks good although it has a x16, x8 lane rather than the x16, x16. I'll put it to my friend.
