Hello everyone,
I own an ASUS ROG STRIX (GL703VM) laptop, geared with an intel i7-7700HQ CPU and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6.0BG and 16GB Ram.The laptop screen runs at 120HZ.
I am looking into buying an external gaming monitor and I was wondering if you could narrow down a bit my options.
I am looking for a monitor 24’ or 27(max) and I wanted to ask if there is any benefit for me to go for something further than 1920x1080 and whether my graphics card would support going for a 2560x1440. I guess I should not go below 144hz.
Are there any models that you would recommend? (Budget 250-300£)
The monitor will mostly be used for shooting games(Pubg, Counter-strike etc)
Thank
