Enter Key Not Working In Text Fields

An odd one this, which I've posted here as it seems to be Windows related.

Since the last update I've had problems on some forums getting the Enter/Return key to move down and start a new paragraph - though notably not here as fairly obvious from this posting!

The forums I'm having trouble with also use vBulletin software but I've only noticed this since the last Windows update a few days ago. Is there any setting I can adjust to overcome this?

sounds like a coding and browser issue, so don't think it's something that you could alter etc, seems like trying a different browser might prove it either way

I have this issue with IE10.

Run in compatibility mode when using affected forums and you'll be able to press Enter/return.
