Anyone else bought this and have been playing? Put in a solid couple of days now . Really loving it. It's like a mix between the binding of isaac, and nuclear throne.


Well worth the tenner I paid for it.

Unlocked quite a few guns and passives now!

My favorite so far is the hexagun:D
 
I probably won't be able to resist but it's bad enough resisting VR games this weekend despite this probably having 10x the game play.
 
The learning curve is quite steep. I couldn't get off the first floor for ages. And the bosses are proper bullet hell bosses. It all depends on if you find a good weapon in a chest as well.
 
Looked at this other day as love Isaac. It's only out on Ps4 and PC atm? Was tempted to get on steam but want to hold out for Xbox version.
 
Don't know if it's coming to xbox one. :( it's still good on a PC with a xbox controller though. :) it's starts off rather tough. Don't give up though. Loads of secrets to be found

Picked the game up on switch just last week and have been really enjoying it. Managed to reach the 3rd boss a few times now.

Love how you get to know the enemies etc the more you play. Bit worried that the update will make it easier? I'm quite enjoying the current level of challenge personally

It's a nice change so far, getting more keys and the chests are better. Difficulty itself feels the same which is Good. Made it to the 4th floor for the first time so that's cool :)
 
Finally completed the gungeon as the marine tonight for the first time ever in two years.. felt good :D the Dragun wasn’t as hard as some of the earlier bosses to be honest :p

Edit. Ammoconda and mine flayer are the hardest for me

Also, getting quite a few synergies, which when happens a blue arrow pointing up appears when you pick up two items that work together. :)
 
Gonna focus on getting all four past bullet pieces next. One on the first floor, one on the third floor, one on the fourth, and the last on the fifth (after killing Dragun) Each piece needs to go to the gunsmith on the fifth floor. :) gonna take a while :eek:

Edit. Can all be done on separate runs. Doesn’t have to be done all in one go

you need this 4 piece item to kill your gungeoneers past. (alternate ending)

i don't think its a spoiler, because finding that out without a guide would not be easy :p

edit: just reading up, it unlocks a few more unlockables to use in the dungeon and an alternate ending. to be honest, i wasn't sure what it was until i read up more about it
