Enterprise IP Fax Solution

Greetings, we have a client who is in need of purely IP Based fax solution for 9 sites, each with approx 1-5 fax machines.

All the sites are connected on an MPLS network running VoIP. has anyone implemented such a solution for a customer, if so can you recommend a product that would suite the needs above?

A couple of our clients use a product called Zetafax - don't know if that'd be any good to you

Use a product called Rightfax here, met with their techies recently and they can implement virtually anything fax related (inc. over IP) you like across multi site environments. Maybe worth checking them out, it's impressive stuff.

Does it need to replace the fax machines, as you could bolt the existing machines on to ATA's and plumb than into your Call Manager Express,

Failing that, you could look to upgrade Unity Express to Unity and get fax - email support.

Check out Rightfax

It's pretty good. Just be warned everybody you meet from them will spend at least 15 minutes lecturing you on why fax is great and why it won't die

Have used Zetafax before, although it was a long time ago. Currently using goldfax and we haven't had any problems with it at all
