I've been looking at a new case at some point in the near future and these two have caught my eye, large custom watercooling, not too eye watering budget wise and can fit in large radiators which is my main priority.

Any pics or opinions on these cases is muchly welcomed

I would consider the https://www.overclockers.co.uk/raijintek-eris-evo-tempered-glass-super-tower-showcase-ca-04c-rt.html .
Some B-Grade available which should be at your list's price.
Or https://www.overclockers.co.uk/raijintek-enyo-tempered-glass-showcase-ca-03x-rt.html.
The issue with the Enthoo 719 is that it won't allow, at least easily or without modding, large rads everywhere. The "smaller" O11 XL is easier to work with and allow 2 x 360 (45mm) + 1 x 360 (60mm).
The Thermaltake would be the same issue as the 719.
Too bad the Enthoo Primo uses a side cheap acrylic. You could use a 480mm top (45mm thick if I remember correctly) and a beefy 480mm x 80mm thick rad at the bottom.
The O11 XL is popular for a reason, or many reasons.
Build quality and easy to work.
Wider than most cases, but allowing 3 x 360mm rads, 1 of them as thick as 60mm in push/pull, only being an issue if using certain vertical brackets, is the go to case. The Phanteks vertical bracket should be fine if that's the case.
Actually using the Corsair 5000D Air, which I really like, but wouldn't recommend for watercooling. (limits the top rad to 30mm thickness, can't use front and side at the same time).
Owned few O11 XL and still think they're great for watercooling.
Back to your list, I would recommend https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqgOzJt7MCk. Same case as the 719 and he explains in detail about rad limitation.
