I'm close to pulling the trigger on one of these, and had some questions I hope someone would be able to answer.

  • Is there a replacement model due out?
  • Would I be able to use braided cable extensions, or is custom braiding required?
  • How thick can my radiators be, particularly top as there appears to be no limit on front and bottom.

-Dunno.
- You can do that with any case that has space .
- Depends on your mobo, but generally around 60mm I believe. Just Google Enthoo Primo radiator clearance. Pretty sure they have a chart with pics and everything.

Yep, theyre an extremely heavy case. With an air cooled setup and sli'd 780's mine tipped the scales at 25kg. Dread to think what one with a few radiators would weigh. Mounting the case on a castor base can help with moving it around if it's gonna be sat on the floor.

I want to watercool an SLI setup and it looks perfect for it, and no I won't be moving it about much at all when it's in place. But when I look at those dimensions... 50mm lower than my desk, and just as deep... that's huge!

Any suggestions for alternatives that can house a EATX MoBo?

Cases are a personal choice, but this is small and can do what you want.

Can't accommodate a RVE board unfortunately.

I haven't ruled out the Primo, I actually think I may need to see one in the "flesh" to make my mind up. It looks like a joy to build in, but there's no way it can sit atop my desk so will need to make some room for it beside the desk or under it.

Time to get the tape measure out... :p
