Is it possible to manually control the fan speed of the fans that are connected to the PWM hub

I have 6 fans connected to it and I have the PWM header connected to the CPU_FAN header on my mobo as directed in the manual - Is it possible to manually control the fan speed of all the fans as in my bios and in command center I'm only seeing the option for 2 fans

Do the fans have to be PWM? As I don't think any of my fans are. If they aren't the only way to control them would be a fan controller?
