Entity Relationship Diagram question

Hello, a while back somebody posted a solution to a problem I had regarding a database diagram. I can't find the said thread and the person provided me with a database diagram that they had knocked up in some program. They said that all they had to provide the program with was the Entities, and the software automatically created the relationships.

Does anyone know where I can find something like this that's either free, or that has a free trial? Also, I'm on a Mac, and don't have a copy of Windows at the moment so there needs to be a Mac version too!

I used the free trial of this when I had to do some ER diagrams about two months ago, worked pretty well. Not sure if it'll do exactly what you want, but you could look into it.

SmartDraw is very good - lots of templates to choose from and they provide a good base to start with. It's not free, but worth it if you have to plan a lot of systems.
