I'm getting spam supposedly sent from my email address. It is really annoying, so I was wondering what the best way to combat this is.

Is this Entourage for Mac? in which case you need to ask in the Apple software forum.

edit - in answer to your question, change your email password. Unfortunately if somebody else has had their contacts list compromised and your email address is being spoofed there is not a lot you can do.
