Right, I've sent my iPhone off for £95 and I've just read that:

All valuations include VAT at 17.5%.

Does this mean they'll take 17.5% off the £95 valuation, or that they've already done that (meaning I'll get £95)?

It's late ad I'm tired, so I'm probably reading it wrong.

It means its already been taken off and you keep the £95 beer money.

Edit - was it damaged as why didn't you just sell it?

Nope, not damaged at all. Too lazy to sell it, as I haven't got a working charger or anything like that. Plus, I didn't fancy sticking it on eBay as I'd probably get screwed with the fees, as well as the cost of transferring the money out of Paypal.
