Envirophone?

Any horror stories about this place? It seems to be the (slightly) better option of the 3 main ones so just wanted to check that it's pretty good.

I assume if the phone has a slightly dodgey button/joystick then that is still classed as fully working? (possibly not your area)

Envirophone seem to be the best deal for both the k810 and k850 i'm thinking of sending in.

What confuses me though is do you have to pay postage? The website says send it in special delivery, how do you get your money back?

We send out prepaid postage labels and a jiffy bag, which you are more than welcome to use, but these are NOT a recorded service.

For your own peace of mind, we suggest sending via a recorded/signed for service, but this would be at cost to the customer.

And define "slightly dodgy" joystick

envirofone by the way.

Ah ok, well I guess recorded would be suitable as it would only be £30s worth and only a couple of £.

Slightly dodgy being it works most of the time, but occasionally you have to press it across a few times (eg, the standard SE joystick problem

).

If it works most of the time, then odds on it will get past the testing department with no faults. Assuming that the case is blemish free and that it looks "as new", then it will go down as an A-grade phone.

It has a few dings on the case but I wouldn't say they are that bad (well bad for me but I keep my phones in pristine conditions). I did have a k800 (in pretty much pristine condition) but lent it to a friend, who lent it to a friend

and couldn't get it back so she gave me her phone in replacement (k810). I may even make a profit out of it though which is always good!

Anyway I sent off for the bag so it should be winging its way to them in a few days. Going to keep the k850 as a spare phone, although I do need the money.
